Sue Tomlinson, Graphic Designer + Social Media Coordinator
Sue Tomlinson has a passion and a gift for graphic design, and she loves helping others build their business with high quality social media marketing. Since 2001, she has specialized in brand marketing, seamlessly executing projects for commercial real estate firms, private residence clubs, golf courses, and small businesses nationwide. A West Coast gal, Sue makes her home in the Reno-Tahoe area and enjoys hiking, golfing, skiing, Chicago Cubs baseball, and European club soccer. Go Bayern Munich!
Ali Lucas, Content Marketing + Transaction Coordinator
Bringing 15 years of marketing and management experience to Agent Operations, Ali Lucas is a well-rounded, servant-leader with an eye for details and a heart for authentic communication. Ali’s understanding of residential and commercial real estate drive her ability to serve on both our Transaction Management and Marketing Teams. Her quick wit, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial spirit burn just as brightly as her passion for helping others. Ali is a native Austinite who loves spicy tacos & sourdough bread, Texas Aggie football, dancing, reading non-fiction, sunrise and sunset, photography, the sound of the ocean, and two crazy kiddos, and 16-year-old rescue pit bull.
Lyn Friberg, Transaction Coordinator
With a penchant for details and a strong drive to help others, Lyn Friberg began her career in real estate in 2011 as an Executive Assistant and quickly grew into a transaction management role for a high-volume brokerage. Her wisdom, patience, and ability to organize effectively opened doors for her to build TC guidelines and workflows that are now used by assistants, new TCs, and licensed real estate agents. Lyn is also a Certified Yoga Instructor, musician (guitar and singer), and animal lover (2 cats and a puppy). Go Minnesota Wild hockey!
Tammy Spracklen, Transaction Coordinator
Her real estate career began in 2011, but her compassion and love of organization and client relations inspired Tammy Spracklen to become a Transaction Coordinator a few years later. She has coordinated over 500 transactions, and Tammy adapts, problem-solves, and builds meaningful client relationships. A proud, lifelong Texan, Tammy and her husband live in south Austin with their daughter, Evey, and two Labradors, Lucky and Kona. In her spare time, you’ll find her giving back to her community, enjoying friends and family, trying new restaurants, and taking her daughter on fun adventures. HOOK ‘EM!

Sydney Johnson is an experienced marketing coordinator with over 13 years in the real estate industry. Derived from working with hundreds of agents across the United States, Canada, and overseas, Sydney’s insightful wisdom and creative flare take real estate marketing to the next level. At home, Sydney loves writing children’s books, swimming, and hanging out with her grandsons. While she’s not a sports fan, we think it’s pretty darn cool that she’s a wedding minister who has married seven couples to date!
